We have let our local business partners know that the Houston distribution facility did not sustain any major damage and is fully stocked to support their needs. Rittal has announced free and immediate shipping on all products out of the Houston facility. In addition, Rittal’s service organization has been made available to help our customers review damaged equipment to ascertain reliability and safety. It is the company’s mission to help get the local businesses working again and its employees back to work.
