    Note: To avoid any delay in service response time:

    1. This form must be filled out in its entirety (required fields marked by *), and you must agree to the terms of service.
    2. A clear readable picture of the whole data plate from the unit is required to enter a service.

    • Rittal provides customers product warranty for climate products against manufacturing defects for 24 months from “date of manufacturing” (DOM). Should a non-warranty (no manufacturing defect) and or warranty issues exist, you the requestor will be financially responsible for customary fees not limited to travel fees, labor, mileage, materials, etc.
